Cyprus ranked 6th most popular country for travel

Cyprus ranked sixth among the most popular countries in the world where Britons are likely to travel to in 2022, according to a survey carried out by UK search engine for holiday rentals.

Cyprus ranked sixth after Turkey, Greece, the Maldives, Spain and Thailand, thanks to “its compelling culture and history, sun-soaked sandy beaches and tasty local cuisine.”

The survey also called the island a popular choice for both family-oriented holidays and for groups of friends.
