This charming 3-bedroom villa is located on the world-renowned Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort set in pretty, landscaped gardens with a private swimming pool. The villa is within a lovely, peaceful area of the eastern plateau of the Resort only a 5-minute drive from the resort's facilities. In this exquisite setting, the resort offers you recreation and relaxation beyond compare. This villa has everything one would want for a perfect holiday, golf enthusiasts or not.
The interiors overlook the south-facing outside terrace and pool area giving them a lovely outlook and a real light, airy, holiday feel. This villa offers a real sense of home-from-home from the moment you enter and has the added bonus of the bedrooms all being en-suites.
The back garden of the property features a 10m x 5m swimming pool (heating available), private, landscaped gardens with lawn, sun decks, shady terraces, a BBQ area, a gas BBQ and also a table tennis table. There is a shaded pergola at the highest point of the garden; the perfect spot for enjoying a book and soaking up the lovely sea views that are on offer from here. There are plenty of places within the grounds to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The ground floor of the villa is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is beautifully decorated with light, fresh furnishings and little elegant touches such as the chandelier which hangs from the wooden vaulted ceiling. There is a TV with a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback options as well as the bonus of a Playstation 3. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to make your self-catering holiday an easy affair, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The master bedroom is found on the ground floor and has a lovely light feeling to it, especially as the afternoon sun pours into the room from the large doors that open out to the terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, as well as a separate shower unit. Upstairs hosts a twin room with a wooden ceiling and an en-suite with a shower unit. The second twin room is found on the lower ground floor level and its en-suite also has a shower unit.
The villa is fully air-conditioned plus the units can be heated for all year-round comfort. There is also a free high chair and travel cot included, should you require.

What's included
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85, which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, milk, a bottle of rose wine, a pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
Location
Aphrodite Hills is the first golf, leisure and real estate complex on the island. It stretches across 234 hectares of land, divided by two plateau, East and West. The villa is located on the Eastern plateau of the Aphrodite Hills Resort and within a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the resorts facilities.
The award winning resort plays host to a range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated and relaxed during your holiday. These include a championship standard golf course, European Tennis academy, World renowned Health spa, gymnasium, shops, restaurants, doctor's surgery, bank and bars all in a traditional Cypriot setting. The Resort Village and Golf Club House have many different styles of food and provide excellent service and facilities.
The Aphrodite Hills village square is where all of the facilities, activities and venues are on resort. Events take place here regularly, including markets, dancing, local bands and activities for the children including open-air cinema, live shows and musical productions. There are many activities for children including a playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf.
The nearest beach to Aphrodite Hills Resort is Zias Beach Club and is exclusively used by residents of the Aphrodite Hills Resort. Zias Beach Club is located within a 15 minute drive of the resort. You can relax in this quiet and serene environment on the beautiful pebbled and sandy, child-friendly beach. Zias Beach Club consists of two areas – the complimentary beach facilities offering sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels, and the bar and restaurant facilities set beside a beautiful beach, with the crystal clear blue sea stretching as far as the eye can see.
The resort is conveniently situated approximately 16kms from Paphos International Airport approximately 80kms from Larnaca airport, very close to motorway links from both. There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia to the west, a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers some good local restaurants, events in the summer, all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave.
Within a 20 minute drive you will reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
At the heart of the hillside village of Pissouri (4 kms inland from the bay) is the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.
A 15 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its world heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area. On entering Paphos on the coastal road you will find ‘Geroskipou' which is convenient for banks, bakeries and local convenience stores.
