About this villa

This is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa with an amazing outside space, including a 13m x 5m private swimming pool, set in tranquil surroundings. Families and groups of friends can really make the most of their time outdoors here at this villa, with multiple seating areas, spacious grounds and a fabulous BBQ area.

Inside, the villa is also vast and each room offers a real sense of space and comfort. The large living area is impressive, furnished with a bold painting, large chandeliers and lovely seating. It has a large flat screen TV (with a comprehensive TV system that has international sports and movie channels with playback options). The new kitchen is light and bright and doubles up as the open plan inside the dining area too. Both the living area and kitchen diner have large patio doors that open out to and offer views of, the outside pool area.

The private 13m x 5m overflow swimming pool (with heating available at an additional cost) is situated in the heart of the villa's grounds, with roman steps entrance. There are plenty of areas to choose from for your time outside to relax - sun deck with sunbeds, shady terraces with comfortable seating or under the pretty pergola. The BBQ area is stunning with its own bar, beautiful lighting, and feature floor tiles - it is definitely one of the villa's highlights.

What's included

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 700KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 700 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit.  With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €45 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, milk, a bottle of rose wine, a pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

  • Stayed for ten days in this breathtaking newly refurbished villa and was amazed at the attention to detail and the bright and spacious villa with its huge sliding doors from the kitchen to the pool. The kitchen was so spacious and the rooms all to a high standard, What really sets it apart from other villas I've stayed in is the outdoor area with a huge Garden with an amazing BBQ area with decked out seating everywhere and complete privacy! The Roman-style pool was great for the kids as they can easily sit on the wide steps and play, I have to say I was so impressed.

  • Stayed at the end of May for 8 days and didn't want to leave. Without a doubt the best pool, we didn't need it heated but did and were so glad. My daughter was in there all day and the adults in the evening as it was like a bath. The villa is large and spacious and comfortably fitted 8 of us in. The outdoor areas are stunning and the kitchen area perfect. Loved the location, quiet but 5 minute drive to the resort's restaurants and shops. Large supermarket is just a 15 minutes drive away. Can't recommend the villa enough and hope to come stay again one day soon.
