This spectacular four-bedroom villa is located at the edge of the prestigious development, Alexander Heights, in the resort where luxury and attention to detail are paramount. The property has been designed to take full advantage of the uninterrupted, panoramic view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
Glamour blends effortlessly with elegance in this lavishly furnished villa. With stylish furnishings, sumptuous fabrics and rich colour tones, the sense of luxury is evident throughout. The beautifully furnished living area boasts plush armchairs and a sofa facing the graceful feature fireplace and has an adjacent dining area with a fabulous hardwood dining table and 8 opulently upholstered chairs. Sets of French doors provide magnificent views of the sea and skyline. The modern kitchen is separated by sliding glass doors, features stylish high-gloss units and top-quality granite worktops and splashbacks. All modern conveniences are provided, including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave and dishwasher.
The ground floor features a guest WC and the first of the 4 bedrooms, which offers bunk beds, shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.
The marble staircase leads up to the first floor, with three more bedrooms and even more wide-sweeping sea views. The master bedroom is exquisite, with beautiful furnishings giving a true sense of luxury. Featuring a sumptuous king-size bed and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony from where one can take in the panoramic views, and an en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled in granite, offering twin washbasins, WC, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, both of which have with double beds, and share a luxurious shower room. Finally, the first floor offers an office/study, with a desk and a sofa, and also has a convenient en-suite shower room.
The staircase extends down to a lower ground floor level, which offers a “family room” - a quiet place where members of the family can watch TV or simply relax with a book. This level also offers the utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink and a handy fridge.
Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. A barbecue area with a sink is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large dining table and 8 chairs. Comfy armchairs, sunbeds and a large lounger also adorn the terrace. The finishing touch to this luxurious and elegant property is a large 10m infinity swimming pool together with the adjacent jacuzzi. The jacuzzi can be heated upon request at an additional charge.
This is truly the most wonderful place to relax and enjoy the endless sunny days, blue skies and amazing Mediterranean sea views.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. Nestled in the midst of a protected forest and overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the award-winning 5 star Aphrodite Hills Resort is unique and awe-inspiring. The luxurious 234 hectare Resort is magnificently positioned on two plateaux divided by a dramatic ravine and commands breathtaking sea views of the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love.
The award winning resort plays host to a range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated and relaxed during your holiday. These include a championship standard golf course, European tennis academy, world renowned health spa, gymnasium, shops, restaurants, doctor's surgery, bank and bars, all in a traditional Cypriot setting.
The Aphrodite Hills village square is where all of the facilities, activities and venues are on resort. Events take place here regularly, including markets, dancing, local bands and activities for the children including open-air cinemas, live shows and musical productions. There are many activities for children including a playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf.
Zias Beach Club is exclusively used by residents of the Aphrodite Hills Resort and is located within a 20 minute drive of the resort. You can relax in this quiet and serene environment on the beautiful pebbled and sandy, child-friendly beach. Zias Beach Club consists of two areas – the complimentary beach facilities offering sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels, and the bar and restaurant facilities set beside a beautiful beach, with the crystal clear blue sea stretching as far as the eye can see.
The resort is conveniently situated approximately 16kms from Paphos International Airport and approximately 80kms from Larnaca Airport, very close to motorway links from both. There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia which is located to the west and is a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers good local restaurants, events in the summer, all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave.
Within a 15 minute drive you will reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
A 15 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its world heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area.
