This 3 bedroom villa is splendidly furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is superbly positioned on the Grand Poseidon complex overlooking the resort's main entrance. This spectacular east-facing property offers pleasing views of the dramatic ravine and towards the crystal blue sea.

The villa is just a couple of minutes' stroll from the Village Square shops and restaurants and the sports and leisure amenities of the resort.

The interior of the villa is stylish and modern and offers bright and airy open plan living areas. Attention to detail is evident everywhere with the highest quality wood-finished kitchen units, lavish marble bathrooms and marble or parquet flooring throughout.

The impressive entrance opens into the spacious open plan living/dining area which features sets of French doors opening out onto the pool terrace. The lounge is beautifully finished with a warm grey L-shaped sofa, large flat-screen TV and delightful accessories and wall art throughout. There is a second lounge area within this same space featuring a 3-seater blue sofa. The adjacent dining area with modern dining table and chairs sits alongside the open kitchen space. The kitchen is fitted with stylish high-gloss and wooden finished units and is well stocked with all necessary utensils and top quality equipment, including electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The ground floor also has a conveniently located guests WC.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom suite is beautifully fitted with parquet floor and features attractive drapes and soft light-coloured furnishings. Furnished with a king size bed, TV, dresser and matching side tables it offers a private balcony offering stunning side sea views. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a wash basin in a marble vanity unit, and shower.

The second and third bedrooms are equally stylish, both with twin beds (zip & lock) one with a side sea-view facing balcony and the other towards the back of the villa. These 2 rooms have use of the adjacent bath/ shower room.

The high standards continue outside. A covered veranda leads off from the lounge and is furnished with a table and chairs, whilst to the side of the villa the barbecue area with portable barbecue perfect for preparing al-fresco meals. This shady spot also features comfortable, cushioned chairs for relaxing. For the sun seekers, sunbeds are provided at the poolside. The inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, and during cooler months the pool can be heated if required (at an additional cost, contact us for further details. A colourful border of fragrant plants, bushes and fruit trees completes the picture.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Location

Nestled in the midst of a protected forest and overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the award-winning 5 star Aphrodite Hills Resort is unique and awe-inspiring. The luxurious 234 hectare Resort is magnificently positioned on two plateaux divided by a dramatic ravine and commands breathtaking sea views of the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love.

The award winning resort plays host to a range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep the whole family entertained, invigorated and relaxed during your holiday. These include a championship standard golf course, European tennis academy, world renowned health spa, gymnasium, shops, restaurants, doctor's surgery, bank and bars, all in a traditional Cypriot setting.

The Aphrodite Hills village square is where all the facilities, activities and venues are on the resort. Events take place here regularly, including markets, dancing and local bands. Many events take place for the children also including open-air cinemas, live shows and musical productions. There are many more activities for children including a playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf.

Zias Beach Club is exclusively used by residents of the Aphrodite Hills Resort and is located within a 20 minute drive of the resort. You can relax in this quiet and serene environment on the beautiful pebbled and sandy, child-friendly beach. Zias Beach Club consists of two areas – the complimentary beach facilities offering sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels, and the bar and restaurant facilities set beside a beautiful beach, with the crystal clear blue sea stretching as far as the eye can see.

A regularly public bus service operates from the Resort to Paphos, also stopping at Aphrodite’s Rock. The bus stop is located at the Golf Club Car Park, opposite the Hotel.

The resort is conveniently situated approximately 16kms from Paphos International Airport and approximately 80kms from Larnaca Airport, very close to motorway links from both.

There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia which is located to the west and is a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. Kouklia offers good local restaurants and events in the summer all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave.

Within a 15 minute drive you will reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.

A 15 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its world heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area.
