Villa 355862 in Coral Bay, Paphos

Absolutely stunning. It has a lovely long living and kitchen area, a comfortable sitting area with a beautiful wooden table, and an open-plan kitchen which is perfect for family time. I could cook while chatting with my husband relaxing on the sofa and still keep an eye on the kids in the pool right across the kitchen island. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, I felt right at home with everything needed for cooking, serving, and cleaning (they even provided sponges, dishwashing liquid, and laundry tablets!). All appliances worked perfectly – dishwasher, washing machine, stove, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. There was even cold water waiting in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch after arriving in the Cyprus heat. There are three bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet. The outdoor area is simply beautiful – the view is breathtaking, overlooking Paphos city and the sea. The pool area is very private, with no neighbours overlooking. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was functional. The pool itself is a nice size, with a shallow section for kids and a deeper end for adults. The BBQ area is spacious and shaded, perfect for enjoying lunch outdoors. Highlights: open-plan kitchen, stunning views, comfortable sitting area by the pool (for morning coffee), and the amazing pool itself (especially the lights in the evening).

Ideal for a family to enjoy time together. We have stayed in the villa twice and enjoyed our stay immensely both times. The space is private and peaceful with great facilities. Location is only a short drive to the beach. Ideal for a family to enjoy time together. 5*

The villa has a private terrace that is not overlooked with fantastic views both day and night, plus it has a hot tub placed just right for a relaxing spa while appreciating those views that impress. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds to soak up the sun. The Villa is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, allowing for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable and there is a good size TV for relaxing with or keeping entertained while cooking. The TV has a massive selection of channels via IPTV giving plenty of choice. There is a jacuzzi in the downstairs bathroom, which was very enjoyable after a long day out in the sun, visiting some of the amazing antiquities in the area. There is an outside covered dining area with alfresco cooking equipment for an impromptu barbecue. Overall it was a great place to stay, private with views to write home about. Very Very highly recommended.

We booked a hire car via The Villa Group to take us to our villa that was excellent service, friendly staff at the car hire company who were very helpful, and the hire car was clean and tidy and in good condition.
The villa was immaculate, clean, tidy, light and airy, the bedrooms were lovely and clean and inviting, all beds were really comfortable and bathrooms and ensuites were clean and tidy. A starter grocery pack was ready for us when we arrived which made a lovely touch by the owner as we were able to have a cup of tea/ coffee and a snack after traveling. Outside was just stunning, beautiful pool, a gorgeous view, extremely private and so peaceful. Maid service during our stay also which they made a very thorough job of. We love this villa and surrounding area so much we will definitely return. The whole holiday booking process was smooth and stress free with The Villa Group. The villa owner was helpful and on hand should we require any assistance. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 355862. I highly recommend the villa and The Villa Group.

This villa is a great holiday space and location. The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived, we found the instructions easy to follow and getting in was trouble free. The bedrooms are all great size and layout. The living area and kitchen are also a great space to eat and rest. The view is stunning and the pool and hot tub are amazing. The location was an excellent base for our trips and there is plenty to do.

The Villa was beautiful, we have just returned and are looking at dates to book it again. It was absolutely spotless and the décor was really light and airy. We had a minor issue with the safe I text the owner and he had it resolved immediately.

From start to finish the service provided by Lisa from Villa Group was exceptional. From initial inquiry to departure the communication was outstanding. The Villa was spectacular and fully meet our needs. Would recommend Villa Group to anyone considering a Villa holiday.

This villa has everything and you can hide away from the world easily. We brought a 2 year old and she loved it, loads of outside space, not overlooked, clean and quiet. An absolute gem.

The villa is amazing, with an infinity pool, whirlpool and jacuzzi! There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, which is the main focus of the villa without a doubt. The view to the sea is amazing and with the pool to dip in whenever you want to cool down or just play with your kids, there is little reason to ever leave the villa if I am honest. The place is so private that we spent the vast majority of our time around the pool. The pool was warm all day and we often had dips late at night to just hang over the edge of the infinity pool and enjoy the view. The area itself is lovely. The villa is on a cul-de-sac of maybe a dozen villas and it is very peaceful and relaxing. It's a short drive into coral bay or a bit further into Paphos so a hire car is essential to make the most of your surroundings. There is an excellent supermarket nearby where you can get pretty much everything you need. The villa has a full kitchen and BBQ so you can easily cater at home and there are numerous takeaways nearby.

“Oh wow, what a fantastic place!” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2014 (as posted on trip Advisor) We have just returned from a week in Peyia staying at the villa 355862 in Peyia. We had a great week in a wonderful villa. The infinity pool and the hot tub was great and the added luxury of a spa bath and a sauna was superb. The villa had amazing views over the valley and Coral Bay from the poolside patio and both bedroom terraces. The owner was a fantastic host and the welcome pack was much appreciated especially as we arrived late in the evening. The villa was clean, tidy and had all the mod cons including DVD, flat screen TV, psp, stereo and all of the kitchen appliances you could wish for when self catering. We would definitely like to go back again and enjoy these lovely villas! Thanks to the owner and his team: Villa 355862 was fantastic!

We had a fantastic time staying at Villa 355862 in July 2014. The villa is situated in a quiet location and had everything we needed with a lovely clean pool and fantastic views. A good supermarket & restaurants were only 5 minutes drive from the villa. To add, the villa owner was extremely helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a perfect chill out holiday. Simon Brown

We stayed at Villa 355862 for 10 nights in June 2012 and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The booking and payment procedure was straightforward plus we also hired a car which also made our life easier. On arrival the Villa was stunning in appearance and nicely presented. The floor layout was ideal, spacious and very practical with all the facilities you would need. Externally again the layout was well thought out with a great cooking area, a nice sized pool with fantastic views and 2 Jacuzzi's. The facilities management were very responsive to fix any faulty equipment such as the outside plunge Jacuzzi. The location itself is very good with all amenities close by. One of our best holidays so far and I can categorically state we will be returning in the near future.
