About this villa
This peaceful spacious 5-bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of the well-known resort of Coral Bay and within a 10-minute walk of the popular Coral Bay beach and local amenities. Approached via a long gated driveway this property offers privacy due to its being surrounded by citrus fruit orchards.
As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious L-shaped living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The dining area features a dining table and seating for up to 10. Patio doors lead onto a furnished terrace and the back garden, where you can sit and relax enjoying the mountain views. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen featuring oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
There are two twin bedrooms located on the ground floor, together with a separate shower room.
For the more energetic guests, there is a fitness room located on the ground floor with a variety of fitness equipment. Patio doors from this room lead to the outside area.
There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Moving to the first floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms: a master double bedroom with an en-suite with a corner bath and the luxury of a private balcony, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The final two bedrooms share a furnished balcony with views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
All bedrooms and the fitness room are equipped with air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating, the cost of which is included in the rental rate.
Outside, the 10m x 5m private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The spacious outside furnished dining area offers shade under the pergola and together with the barbecue, allows you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. In the villa's grounds, you will find an abundance of orange and lemon trees. A table tennis table is available at the villa.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €250 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Air conditioning (1 large unit) in the living area. If required, a charge of 10 Euros per unit per day is payable locally.
Location
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within a 10 minute walk of the villa. The centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 2kms of the villa.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments both located within a 10 minute walk of the villa.
A little further along the coast you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within a 10 minute drive of the villa.
Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.
