About this villa
This 4-bedroom villa is located in a cul-de-sac in Coral Bay, within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bus stop. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the famous Coral Bay beach and 2 minutes from a sandy beach cove.
As you enter the property, you will find the spacious open-plan dining and lounge area with comfortable leather sofas and internet TV. Adjacent to this living and dining area, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with granite worktops, a microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The first of the villa's bedrooms is located on the ground floor; there are two twin bedrooms, and there is a shower room on this floor also.
Moving up to the first floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms. The master double bedroom offers en-suite facilities and access to a furnished veranda with stunning sea views. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom. A large electric awning opens out onto the veranda, providing shade. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor.
The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.
Outside, the garden is beautifully planted with grass areas, mature trees, and flowering shrubs. The 10m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman steps (depths 0.90 x 2.20m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. The outside dining table twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect area for alfresco dining. An electric awning also opens out to enjoy some shade from the warm summer sun. The garden is beautifully planted with grass areas, mature trees, and flowering shrubs.

What's included
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With careful use, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, these limitations are in place to ensure guests are mindful of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Location
The villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay and is within a short walk of banks, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and shops as well as the sandy beach of Coral Bay. Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos which is located less than 10 minutes by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good night-life. This villa is ideal for both first time visitors to Cyprus as well as guests who do not necessarily wish to hire a car.
This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 1km of the villa.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.
A little further along the coast you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within a 10 minute drive from the villa.
Extend exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.
