About this villa
This 3 bedroom villa is located in a quiet development on the outskirts of Coral Bay, only a short distance from all the amenities and facilities of the resort. Banana plantations at the rear of the property and an attractive garden with mature palm trees all contribute to a real Cyprus holiday home atmosphere.
The villa is within 15 minutes walking distance to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops and 17 minutes walking distance to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) and Coral Bay. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters and are certified blue flag bays.
As you enter the property you will find a spacious open plan living and dining area which seats 6 guests with access to the veranda and garden. The living area offers ample comfortable seating as well as an Android satellite and a DVD player.
Adjacent to the living/dining area, you will find the fully equipped kitchen offering a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
As you move up the marble staircase to the first floor, you will find the villa's three bedrooms. The master double bedroom offers the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a family bathroom.
The master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have access to the large shared furnished balcony at the front of the villa.
The villa benefits from air-conditioning for cooling and heating throughout. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.
The 10m x 5m private swimming pool (depths 0.90m x 1.90m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as an established manicured garden. The covered outdoor dining area twinned with the charcoal barbecue creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

What's included
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With careful use, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, these limitations are in place to ensure guests are mindful of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Location
The villa is located in on the outskirts of Coral Bay and is within a short drive of banks, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and shops as well as the sandy beach of Coral Bay. Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos which is located less than 20 minutes by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good night-life. This villa is ideal for both first time visitors to Cyprus as well as guests who do not necessarily wish to hire a car.
Coral Bay is a family orientated lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 1km of the villa.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.
A little further along the coast you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within a 10 minute drive of the villa.
Extend exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.
