Excellent time at the property and pool. Met a very friendly manager who was available at the drop of a hat. Will definitely come back again and again.

Lovely villa with great pool and fantastic sea view.Location couldn’t be better very quiet but within a 15 minute walk of large supermarket and also a 20 minute walk from the beach. All the family had a really enjoyable stay.

We spent a week with our family in the Villa in April. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large fridge. Spacious living room, dining table, and a dining set on the terrace. Air conditioning in every room. The two bathrooms were particularly useful. The owner was very kind, helpful, and provided us with useful advice. The garden is very beautiful, well-kept, with a view of the sea. Parking was available inside the courtyard, which we were very happy about, considering the rented car. The pool is huge, gradually deepening. The area is quiet, an easy walk from a large supermarket where you can buy everything. There are also two beautiful coastal bays within walking distance. Thank you for having us here! If we are in Cyprus, we will definitely come back here.

Place looked like the photos posted. great location, more convenient with a car. was clean and instructions were clear. communications with the hosts were easy and they were very responsive. would go back and stay there.

Great place to stay, it's quiet and easily accessible / within walking distance to local bars and restaurants. It has all you need for a self catering holiday.

A lovely little property in a quite area. It had everything we needed our stay. Beach and local shop are only a few minutes away. Coral bay is 25 min walk or can catch a bus that runs every 15 mins. We had a few issues but they were sorted quickly.

This is truly a fantastic Villa. It has absolutely everything you need for a great family holiday. TV is the best I've ever had on holiday, all the sports channels, Netflix for the kids, and I even got GB NEWS - great. Loads of storage space which is always a bonus when travelling with three ladies. Outside space is really cool, great pool and the location is really quiet with views of the ocean so just perfect.

Set in a quiet and safe residential area of Coral Bay and within easy walking distance to many restaurants/bars, the two lovely beaches in the bay and many bus routes servicing the beautiful island of Cyprus. The villa is clean and well furnished with a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay especially if you self-cater as we do. All linen and towels are of good quality and in good supply. The large south-facing pool is superb with sea and mountain views. We highly recommend this property perfect location with all you need for a great holiday.

The villa was perfect for my family including two young children. We loved the pool and there were two great family friendly beaches within a five minute drive. I would definitely stay again.

Great big pool and location is driving distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach. There is even a sea view from the back table. The ACs are on timers which can be a bit fickle to use, but otherwise it was a relaxing family stay.

This place has everything you need and more. It's clean with all the amenities you need. Highly recommended.

Villa Group are a very reliable company to deal with. The villa was lovely and modern and very clean. Maria the property manager was excellent and any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Correspondence with the team at Villa group was very easy.

Great week's stay in this villa in Coral Bay. The place was very clean and finished well, with all you would need for a week or so in the sun, by the pool. It's walking distance to Coral Bay and, with a car, very easy to explore further along the cost. Dino was very helpful with making sure we arrived safely, especially as we booked the villa last minute.
