About this villa
This 3-bedroom bungalow is located on the outskirts of the Coral Bay Resort, within a few minutes drive to Coral Bay Beach and the resort centre.
As you enter the property, you will find the bright living and dining area, equipped with comfortable sofas, a relaxing armchair, a coffee table and a dining table seating up to 6 guests.
For your entertainment, there is a TV with an Android satellite system and a DVD player. White and beige - are the main decor colours of the area, giving this space an airy and cheerful feeling. Patio doors lead from the living area to the pool terrace.
Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. There is a side door with direct access to a side veranda and garden.
A small hallway from the kitchen leads to a shower room and an adjacent double room and patio doors leading to the pool terrace.
The remaining two bedrooms are twin bedrooms located on the other side of the property, both sharing a family bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading to the pool area.
The property benefits from flyscreens throughout as well as air conditioning units for both cooling and heating. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
The outdoor patio features a dining table for up to 6 guests and together with barbecue provided, it offers a perfect setting for al-fresco dining. The private 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 0.90m x1.85m) and comfortable sunbeds are here for those seeking to enjoy hot Cyprus days. The covered games area with a pool table and darts board is ideal for those wishing to have a break from the sun. Adjacent there is a garden with trees and flowers.
Off-street parking just outside the villa entrance provides a space for 3 cars.
A bus stop operating towards St George is conveniently located just outside the property, while the bus stop for transport towards Paphos is approximately 200 metres from the house (please note that there is no pedestrian pavement).

What's included
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With careful use, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, these limitations are in place to ensure guests are mindful of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Location
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities.
The centre of the resort is within a few minutes drive of the villa and features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisine, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach approximately 1.5 km away. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both less than a 10 minute drive. Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 20 minutes away, and the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 4 golf courses; Minthis Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 40 minute drive.
