About this villa

This spacious and stylishly furnished bungalow is conveniently located within a small development in the quiet vicinity of the Coral Bay Resort, yet only a few minutes walk from the resort centre and beach. It is a great choice for everyone looking for a peaceful holiday with easy access to amenities.

On entering the villa, the first thing you will notice is the light and airy atmosphere with the amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea through the large glass French doors.

Once inside the villa, three steps will lead you down to the large and spacious open-plan living and dining area. The space is beautifully decorated in a nautical theme, with many thoughtful details granting a real Mediterranean holiday feel.

The main feature of the living area is a comfortable large L-shaped sofa facing French doors, providing the most amazing pool and sea views. There is also a coffee table, decorative fireplace and a flat-screen TV with an Android system as well as a stereo system for your entertainment.

The stylish dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests.

The adjacent well-equipped kitchen boasts an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a practical round glass table seating 5. The door from the kitchen leads to the poolside terrace equipped with a dining table shaded by a large umbrella.

From the living area, returning to the entrance level, the 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a double size bed. The second bedroom also features a double bed whilst the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with a dedicated bathroom serving both rooms.

The property offers a wireless internet connection and air conditioning for cooling and heating throughout (see rental rates). The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

The outside area is where you will find the furnished terrace and private 8m kidney-shaped swimming pool (depths 0.90 x 1.80) which is surrounded by garden furniture, sunbeds, umbrellas and a manicured spacious lawn. The barbecue provided guarantees the perfect al-fresco dining experience whilst savouring the stunning Mediterranean Sea views.

Thanks to the villa's orientation with outside areas facing the East, you can enjoy your morning coffee on a terrace whilst admiring beautiful sunrise(s).

The gate at the bottom of the garden will take you to a short walking path, offering a nice stroll with mesmerising views of the Mediterranean.

What's included

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Location

The villa is located in a small development within the Coral Bay Resort, within a few minutes' walk of local amenities and the beach.

Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and Paphos town is located within a 20 minute drive.

This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets and many more amenities.

The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.

A little further along the coast you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.

For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.

Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.

Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within a less than 10 minute drive of the villa.

Extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.

There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.

Really lovely stay for 2 weeks, the sea views were great, the villa was in a good location that we could walk to restaurants and bars if wanted, a car isn’t essential. Plenty to see and do. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed.

We had a week at the villa and it's been lovely. It's a great location, near enough to Coral Bay strip to enjoy the restaurants and bars, but far enough you don't have any noise issues and it's not busy. Pool was lovely, especially in the afternoons after the sun had been on it.

We stayed at the villa for one week and had an amazing time. The villa was clean and tidy and all the beds were cosy and very comfortable. Outside was stunning with a lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea. The pool was clean and the sunbeds were comfortable. The villa is ideally positioned for walking to the supermarket, restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and would certainly visit again

We had a fabulous 10 days, everything was great, the location is perfect close enough walking to the beach and the strip. Comfortable villa for 2 adults 3 teenagers and two kids, the pool was a blessing and we used it every day, we received a complimentary mid stay clean and pool was cleaned 3 times during our stay. Easy check-in and out. It was perfect, the kitchen had everything required to cook for a family, bbq outside was also great, plenty of space and privacy in the garden with wonderful views.

Beautiful villa - much nicer than even the pictures - the sea view and garden were especially lovely! Plenty of room and the fully functioning kitchen and barbecue meant we could eat at the villa most evenings. Excellent value for money. Perfect for a family holiday.

Incredible location, sitting atop the cliff giving easy access to the fabulous sea below. Convenient to all areas. The house has such charm from the front and back porches to the landscaping outside. Cozy and well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area, all spotless clean. Definitely highly recommended!
