Villa 48531 in Coral Bay, Paphos

We had a lovely stay again at the villa.

Very nice villa in a handy location. We got off with not hiring a car but needed a short taxi journey for the Coral Bay strip.

We stayed at this lovely villa for 14 days from June into July. The Villa is a perfect sun trap that offers peace and tranquility. From first arrival the Villa was easy to access and very clean inside. The inside of the Villa host two very spacious double rooms with ample storage. There are plenty of hangers so no need to bring your own. There is also a hairdryer in the cupboard above however we didn’t need to use this during our stay. The bathrooms are a great size, one with a bath/shower the other with a standalone shower. We used minimal kitchen facilities during our stay however those we did use were to a high standard and very clean. Bath and Pool towels are provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if visiting this area, beautiful villa in a perfect location, sun in the pool from 0500-1830.

We stayed for 3 weeks in April 2025 and certainly plan to return if available. Perfect location for us. The villa was perfectly maintained and met all our needs which included lots of lazing in the sun and regular dips in the pool.

Beautiful villa. Perfect for our small family. Really liked how the furniture was minimalistic, our one year old had plenty of room to play and walk indoors. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back

From first seeing the outside to the first step inside everything was perfect, it has everything you need in the kitchen no shortage of utensils pots or pans. The lounge area was comfortable and enjoyed watching the Ryder cup. Bedrooms plenty big enough with lots of storage. There’s an outside terrace with table and chairs and a lovely pool area. The area itself is quiet but only 5 minutes walk from a few local bars and a 15 to 20 min walk to the strip.

The villa is well equipped, with lovely outdoor space and pool, and very private in a great location.

We stayed at the villa from 27/10 till 13/11. It is a lovely villa in a great location. The villa is ideal for a couple and is very private. It is well furnished. The outside space is more than adequate with a lovely pool with easy access, and a charcoal BBQ. The pool was cleaned 5 times during our 17 night stay, but the water was very cold due to the time of year. There are a few restaurants nearby and the coral bay strip is only a 25 minute walk away, where you’ll find many more quality restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop a 5-minute walk from the villa and the buses run every 10 minutes to coral bay and paphos, it costs 1.5€ and 2.5€ after 9pm.

We had waited a long time due to Covid for this holiday and it didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable, private with our own private pool. We knew the area and had a couple of lovely meals up the Coral Bay Strip and a very nice breakfast at The Frog and Toad. We also had typical English Fish and Chips from the Fish Shop next door to The Frog which was lovely. Would we return?? Oh Yes!!!!

Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten und einem fantastischen Pool. Wir waren mit unser 3-jährigen Tochter hier und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen. Bei Ankunft in Deutschland fiel mir.

Perfect little bungalow style villa in Coral Bay! Amazing facilities, impeccably clean and great location. The Villa made our stay 10 times better than we could ever possibly imagine! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting, whether to relax or to explore.

Lovely property, beds comfy, air conditioning throughout, lovely having a washing machine too, pool is nice but becomes warm as day goes on, easy to use cooker, so able to cook own meals. Tele lots of English channels and movies. Alarm system easy to use, safe in wardrobe. Very private, able to sunbathe without worrying about people seeing you. Location is a bit far from main supermarket, and is walkable, did it once took about 30 mins, but this time of year too hot to walk! So taxis used quite a lot ride to supermarket/strip/beach.

We had a great time, the villa was perfect (particularly the grounds and swimming pool) and so close to the beach and local amenities - we would definitely choose the Villa Group and the villa again. Many thanks for all your extremely professional and prompt help, you made the whole process very simple and stress-free - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa Group to other people.

We had an amazing holiday and the villa is brilliant. The villa is in a very quiet cul du sac and beautiful setting. We loved the location and the privacy. I would also like to say that your customer services is fantastic and Lisa has been very helpful with all of our needs . We will be using you again as we are in the process of booking a villa for next years holiday. Thanks again for a fabulous stay.

A wonderful holiday, just what we needed. Accommodation and location first class for quiet relaxation. Highlights: Best ever fish and chips at the Frog and Toad, friendly staff and good entertainment. Good sandy beach within a few minutes walk. Easy access to a frequent and cheap bus service. Use of a car for three days enabled us to see more of this lovely historic Island. Thanks for the use of this lovely villa.

Fantastic well equipped villa needed for nothing! The pool we lived in floating around on the lilo. We cooked on the BBQ, cyprus fruit is so tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed just relaxing around the villa, music, dvd's etc and our own cocktails! Just what we needed. Thanks Mikki and Pete.We will definitely be back and bring the kids, they will love it, everything and more!

Excellent villa with all that you need for an enjoyable holiday. Swimming pool is the icing on the cake. Plenty to see and do, but must come back and fully explore the Akamas Peninsula in a 4x4. Did not use the barbecue but plenty of variety in Coral Bay, whatever cuisine suits your palate. Particularly liked the Coral King, but for good value, excellent food and service we recommend the Santa Marina (not only for fish and chips!). Thoroughly enjoyed.

What a great villa. Great location, lovely and quiet with a fantastic pool. Kids spent most of their time in the pool, but enjoyed trips also to the Akamas Peninsula, walks by old Paphos Harbour and meals in Kathikas. Last Castle was as usual a great place to eat. BBQ provided a feast most evenings, washed down with the local 'Keo'. Thanks Miki and Pete.

Our second stay here so felt very much a home away from home. We had a car so mixed our stay with pool and beach (Coralia Bay) days and a few outings. Thank you Miki and Pete everything was great, even the cleaner and pool lady were top notch. See you again soon Cyprus!

A welcome return after three years and even better than ever! Really appreciated the extra sunbathing space, and fencing around the pool. As ever Coralia Beach is on the doorstep and the best (flying well deserved blue flag). We hope the next guests enjoy their stay as much as we have.

Villa was great, very well equiped, a good standard and I would recommend it. The local service was helpful when I had a problem with the safe and Lisa from The Villa Group helped sort that and a time extension on the last day. All in all a good, customer friendly helpful service.

The villa is nice - the location, the pool and the rooms. Plus is the clean water in the pool, the big amount of towels available, the terrace, bbq and umbrellas.

You will not be surprised to see me back again, here this time with my 14 year old daughter and her friend. The villa, pool and location are just perfect for them and though I have hired a car this time, they really do not want to stray very far. With the weather, your lovely villa and your pool they are more than happy so I am getting a peaceful holiday as well. Thank you once again.

We were at the villa for 3 weeks and a great time. Villa just what we wanted - very quiet area, lovely outlook and everything to hand. Lovely pool and so warm to swim in. Needless to say we did not want to go home but as they say "all good things must come to an end. Would definitely come back here". Brilliant holiday.
