This detached, 3 bedroom villa is located in a quiet development area of Coral Bay, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bus stops. The villa is within 10 minutes walk from the famous blue flag golden sandy beach of Coral Bay.
As you enter the property you will find the spacious and comfortable open plan dining and living area. The chic living area features comfortable sofas with a TV offering internet TV channels including movie channels and a DVD player. The dining area seats up to 8 guests. Patio doors lead out from here to a furnished balcony overlooking the private swimming pool.
Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find the kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the main living/dining area and is fully equipped for all your needs, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a guest cloakroom located on this floor.
On the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom. The first is a twin room, the second is a double bedroom, and the final bedroom is the master double bedroom offering an en-suite shower room. Large patio doors lead out to a balcony, which is shared with the twin bedroo,m with views overlooking the swimming pool.
The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
Outside, steps lead down from the furnished sun balcony down to the private 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 1m x 2m), which is surrounded by plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the Cyprus sunshine. The outside dining table located at the rear of the property, twinned with the barbecue, creates the perfect area for al fresco dining.
The villa offers off-street parking for 1 car.
The villa is located in the same private development as villa references 397420, 397470, 397425 and 397410, making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together.

What's included
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Location
This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, a bank, chemist and a laundrette.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire as well as a facility for water sports.
Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the immediate Coral Bay area. The Paphos Zoo and Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within a 10 minute drive of the area.
A little further along the coast, you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
For a taste of the more traditional, head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas.
For nature lovers, the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the area. You can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its selection of long established restaurants.
Paphos Town approximately 15 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island and is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made.
Extend exploring to encompass the town of Paphos and the list of available activities expands to include a bowling alley, waterpark, several historical sites, an attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
There are 4 golf courses; Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.
