Villa 492377 in Coral Bay, Paphos

Villa was perfect for our group of 6, great pool and aircon, location right on the coast , peaceful and only 5 mins from bars and restaurants. Clear instructions on all aspects of the villa and was immaculately clean on arrival. Definitely recommend.

Excellent accommodation. Very well equipped! So great to have own pool and have it serviced every Wednesday and Saturday. Location was good, although a good 10 minute walk or so to bars/restaurant's and the Beach. Good food choices at restaurants.

A nice stay and ideal for our family. A small issue with the prior arranged pool heating but resolved very quickly with great communication. Overall a very nice stay, thank you.

Lovely villa with a great view of the sea and coastline. Nice size garden and pool with enough sun beds for 6. Good size living area and kitchen. Short walk to the main strip which had a good selection of restaurants. Really reliable bus service to Paphos. We hired a couple of cars which we were able park on the drive, but plenty of road parking to. Would definitely recommend the villa and Cotal Bay Area for a relaxing holiday.

Guys thanks so much for such a great villa. The views are mesmerising and location superb. So quiet but still so close to amenities. Great restaurants like Porto Antico and Oniro are close by and well worth a visit. I also recommend a day trip to Latchi. We will be back!

Lovely villa with seaview and restaurants in walking distance. Pool heating was nice and necessary in April (extra costs), I would recommend it in springtime.

On arrival I was very impressed as to the cleanness of the villa & every care had been taken to make our stay a memorable one, right down to a complementary bottle of wine, Thank you. The view was spectacular, the pool very inviting & the beds were so comfortable, I’ve not slept so well for a long time.

Lost count how many times I have now stayed at this villa over the past four years, looking forward to many more next year and thereafter. The villa is fantastic, its in a great location – close enough to the restaurants etc but far enough away to get peace and quiet, it has every mod con you need for a relaxing holiday, the pool is immaculate, the super thick mattresses on the beds ensure amazing nights sleep every night and the level of cleanliness is exceptional.

Very comfortable, clean and well positioned villa. The living spaces are at the back of the property, with access to the garden and pool. The three bedrooms are at the front of the property. One has an ensuite bathroom, another bathroom is off the hallway. The pool is a good size and wasn't too cold for swimming. We stayed as a party of five adults and one child and it was certainly adequate for our needs. The view is lovely. The neighbouring villas are of the same design and were occupied by families but we never found that to be intrusive or problematic. The main road with restaurants etc. was not far away - a five minute walk - near enough to be accessible but far enough away to avoid any noise. The nearest supermarket Philippos is also walkable, and next to it is a good coffee shop "Banana Tree". We had a car and visited the Makarounas Boutique Winery (recommended!), Paphos town, and a few harder to reach restaurants. Our favourite was the Porto Antico restaurant esp. for fish dishes (which is still walkable).

This is an amazing villa with unbelievable views and is incredibly well equipped.

A stunning villa with exceptional views over the bay. Villa was above expectations exactly as the pictures describe. Definitely a villa we would wish to stay in again it’s a shame we have to go home.
