Villa 547989 in Coral Bay, Paphos

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, electricity consumption up to 600kWh and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating).

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €550 is required to be paid in advance, together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Electricity/ Air con consumption:
It is requested that the air conditioning usage be used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 600kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in Euros.

Please note the following before booking: This villa is not available to single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Smoking is not permitted inside this villa. Due to the villas being located in a complex, the following must be adhered to: No loud music. No parties or events without prior permission from The Villa Group before booking.
