The place is amazing! Very cosy and spacious. The surroundings are extraordinary, you can see wineries and even the sea from the terrace, Great view! Better than expected. The place is very clean and very well decorated. We will be coming back for sure.

Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Maria was an excellent host, quick to respond and always helpful. We especially enjoyed the short walk (around 20 minutes) to Yannis’s Taverna, where we had two lovely evenings — great food, friendly service, and a real local charm. A truly lovely stay — we would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Loved the place from the moment we pulled up. it actually felt bigger than the pictures showed, especially the outdoors area. The garden is particularly peaceful, with different focus areas as you wander around the property. And yes, the sunset is exactly as amazing as described by other guests - it instantly became an evening ritual. We will 100% be returning.

It's a wonderful property that provides all the facilities you could require. The owners have taken great care in furnishing the property to a high standard. It is very comfortable, in a quiet location with great views and local nature trails on your doorstep. The local village has a good selection of places to dine out at and a couple of local winery's to visit. The owners Maria and Andros could not have been more friendly and helpful during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the villa. The location was perfect - peaceful, quiet, and offering a beautiful view. The house itself was cozy, charming, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location away from the city but close enough to go out for dinner or buy everything you need. Amazing view and organisation of space both inside and outside the villa. Has everything you need, very clean and cozy. Hospitable hosts are always happy to help with any questions that arise! We really enjoyed our holiday!

This beautiful villa is hands down the best villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, down to the tiny details. The house is beautifully decorated and such a lovely, tranquil space to spend some time away. Maria and Andreas are wonderful hosts and checked in frequently that everything was okay. It is quite out of the way, so a car is definitely recommended.

As per the reviews, this place is amazing. Off the beaten track, but close to the village and a short drive to the West and North parts of the island. Stunning sunset views, wonderfully private Pool area and the hosts are exceptionally lovely and helpful.

Die Villa von Maria ist sehr schön und wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Schöne ruhige Lage in den Bergen bei Kathikas. Sehr schöner angelegter Garten mit eigenem Obst und Gemüse. Sogar Pizza konnten wir im Steinofen draußen backen. Alles bestens, gerne wieder.

Huge thanks to Maria and her husband. We had a great time staying at the villa. The location is wonderful and private. Around there are vineyards, almond blooming garden and nice church. Sunsets and views are magnificent and breathtaking. The villa is modern with a lot of artistic decorations and has everything you need.

This villa is fantastic and a great location to explore Cyprus. The hosts are very attentive and were able to help with any issues we had along with giving us good advice about where to visit. A great spot to relax and get away from it all! We would love to visit again.

It is a really beautiful house, with generous space, both inside and outside. It contains many chic details and interesting decorative elements, so it is full of art. The areas are all spacious, even the double bed measures 2x2 meters. The kitchen is almost completely equipped, only scissors were missing. Since we were there in the rather cold off-season, we can say little about the functionality of the outside areas, but even there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view of the sea.

Maria’s place is a beautiful designed Villa located next to the village of Kathikas. The villa has beautiful rooms, a comfortable living area, great view and garden and the hospitality was more than usually. We defiantly recommend staying here.

Great place! A bit cold from November to March to use the pool. Need to rent a car to get around! Coral Bay and Adonis Falls must-see in the area! Maria and Antonios are great hosts and are helpful! They have made the house very special with the antique touches and rustic look. Would have loved to stay a few more days.

This piece of land is in a phenomenal location. This house is just a dream! Kathikas is a place you feel at home from the first day. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. It is certainly a VERY special place. The villa itself is so beautiful, the artistic touches make it incredibly unique. The location is simply breathtaking. The outside areas are just perfect - a pool that the children loved, a covered area with lights for the evening, a beautiful herb garden, huge sunbathing space and a lovely veranda with corner sofa, perfect for stargazing in the evenings. The local village, just 20 minutes by foot, offered several traditional Cypriot Tavernas where we enjoyed delicious Meze. The extra touches that the host provided - the wine, cake and walnuts, were so lovely too. Priceless family time spent in such a peaceful environment. One day, we will be back!

The house and the view are amazing, everything was ready and clean for us and Maria was very helpful. If travelling with adolescents, two things to consider: The pool is smaller than what appears in the pictures (only 15 square meters) and shallow, the children found it irrelevant for playing. There are two toilets in the house but only one shower.

Wonderful and beautiful Villa. Sparkling clean. Fab pool. Everything you need. English plug sockets. Internet. Music. Bbq. Aircon. We barely left!

One of those lucky finds, it is a beautiful house and a fantastic location with great amenities. Will visit again for sure, the sunset view from the house is divine.

I would recommend this place and I would suggest staying around 3-4 days or more. the village of Kathikas is nearby, friendly people, plus Pegeia is also quite close around 15-20 where you can find shops to buy your food etc. plus you have a very nice view and not so hot like the city.

We enjoyed staying in Maria's amazing house! It's beautiful, with a great pool & BBQ, wonderful view, beautiful interior design, hardly any neighbours so very quiet and lots of privacy. We stayed way more around the house than usually because of the pool and BBQ. Maria and her husband were very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this house to everyone and hope to come back one day!

Excellent stay, great space...isolated but within close distance to the village and then a short drive to town...perfect for our calm getaway...the rooms are spacious and it is stylishly decorated!

Die Villa ist einfach unglaublich! Wunderschön anzusehen und super gelegen. Man braucht ein Auto um sie zu erreichen, aber dafür hat man Ruhe. Um die Villa herum kann man einfach nur die Natur genießen. 20 Minuten in Fußweite entfernt hat man das nächstgelegene Dorf wo es etliche Tavernen und einen Supermarkt gibt. Mit dem Auto ist man auch in 15 Minuten am Strand. Die Villa hat alles was man so benötigt und noch mehr. Eine Abkühlung vom Sonnenbaden gibt es im Pool und den Sonnenuntergang kann man auf der wundervollen Terrasse genießen. Wir waren als Paar da, die Villa ist aber grundsätzlich für bis zu sechs Personen bestens geeignet. Das nächste Mal in Zypern werden wir die Villa auf jeden Fall noch länger buchen.

We had a great time at the villa. A lovely, secluded spot, but still within easy walking distance of the village with great restaurants and a shop. Perfect for a relaxing break in breathtaking surroundings!

This villa is an unordinary place. You'll be lucky to stay there! Every detail in the house and garden are just beautiful. Sunsets are great there. Cyprus has so many things to offer and this property will help you feel the best of mountain countryside life with lots of birds, deep valleys, vineyards, and sun. Add a super-modern home with everything you need, design touches you will want to implement in your dream house and Maria with her family as an attentive, full of care and nice host — you'll end up with a vocation that feels like visiting your old friends, not like renting a property. Will be happy to return to the villa during the summer heat sometime.

This exceptional place is in a very beautiful location in the countryside. You have virtually no neighbours and the road is very quiet. Great views of the sea in the distance. The best thing is the house itself - it's been recently built for themselves and decorated with style. It's 20 min by foot or 5 min by car from Kathikas village (nice restaurants). The hosts were great and helped in every situation, replied quickly and very, very welcoming.

We loved everything about this property, the location, the house and surroundings, and the local village Maria surprised us with a very yummy warm orange cake the day we arrived, which was very special. With the weather being a little cool, we really enjoyed the ambiance of the open fire every night. If we get back to Cyprus one day, we will definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a secluded location for a very quiet vacation in the natural surrounding, this is the very right place. Even in winter, when we had to stay inside more often, the villa was enjoyable due to its unique design (modern wood & concrete building with a twist of a traditional separate house) and well-thought out facilities. Of course, we had to use the gas heating and air conditioning, yet the fireplace was enjoyed best! It made our day during cold highland evenings. The area is so quiet that very often it's only wind whistle and bird chirps you can hear. It's so relaxing! Don't miss visiting a viewpoint some hundred meters away from the villa: the views over the canyon are just stunning. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to all our questions or requests. The welcome wine and home-made cake was a nice start of our stay. Among the minor downsides was a portable open BBQ stand. At windy weather, we had to move it around or make a self-made cover from the wind. All in all, in hot summer days this villa must be just a perfect hideaway from the city tourist hustle.

Well off the beaten track and a bit isolated which was exactly what I wanted. Maria was very responsive and also generously allowed for a late check-out which was really great given my late flight and the heavy rain that day. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The whole design is stylish and very thoughtfully done, but with lots of traditional Cypriot elements too. The location of the villa is very private and peaceful. It's ideal if you enjoy walking, hiking or cycling and there are some amazing views. The outdoor space is ideal for BBQs and family meals, watching the sunset and then looking at the stars. Maria could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome with her homemade cakes and wine from the family's vineyard. The villa was exceptionally clean and tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this villa and are hoping to visit again ourselves.

This is an amazing house, warm, welcoming with attention to furnishing and design, not your ordinary home. The area is surrounded by vineyards and the small picturesque Ayia Marina chapel right across from the home. Beautiful views from the pool towards Coral Bay area. You will definitely enjoy your stay and totally relax!

The villa is just amazing. We were six guys and stayed there for 5 nights. The villa is located up in the hills and the temperature is a bit cooler than at the beach which is perfect. Everything was clean and the interior is really cool. The owners were soooo nice and friendly and answered any question we had. The outdoor area is super nice! a lot of space to hang around and chill. the view is amazing and there are absolutely no neighbours around. We made nice bbq's. everything is there and you get nice meat and fresh fish at the supermarket. The garden is full of herbs which you can use for bbq or cocktails :) We had just a perfect stay there! Five stars from Austria :) endáxi my friend? endáxi! ;)

The villa is located on the side of Kathikas - just you, a small church and an amazing view of the sea. The villa and the yard are very nice, including a small pool and cosy facilities for resting, eating and enjoying the good life of that place. You need a car - it is only 3 minutes driving to the village centre ( with some nice restaurants and mini-market) and 25 minutes to the beaches of Polis and Coral Bay. The village is high - more dry and cool than the beach area Andreas and Maria are great people - very helpful and available anytime. We will be happy to come back again.

How can I describe perfection in words? This place and its hosts deserve at least 10 stars in each category!!! Maria and Andros are the most amazing and lovely people you can meet and they have made our experience beyond perfect! It's been an unforgettable family trip with 2 kids (2 and 4.5 years old) and they simply had the best time of their lives in the villa - pure happiness! I've heard about many beautiful places around, but the truth is that we barely left the villa. It's got everything you can possibly imagine or desire. The house has a unique and beautiful interior design, sparkling clean, and equipped with all the amenities that you can dream of. The villa is smartly built on a strategic spot that views the see (and the shore of the town of Peyia), and the vast and extraordinarily beautiful vineyards are all around you. The pool is legendary! Clean, very comfortable for kids (and adults), thanks to the stairs and the sitting area, and has got the best possible views around. It's hard to describe the enormous yard of the villa all around it! There's a big and cosy veranda next to the pool, where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and the most beautiful skies in the night that I've ever seen. There are so many spots around the villa to sit and relax, and each spot shows a different angle of almost unreal beauty. We've been cooking with the herbs from Maria's fresh garden and it tasted like never before. There's no compromise over the smallest details inside the villa and in the huge yard around it. Though the place is located in the suburbs of Kathikas, it's only a 4 minutes' ride by car, or 20 minutes walk with beautiful views to the centre of the village where you can enjoy great taverns and restaurants. There's nothing like returning to the villa after a short trip by foot - feels like a private piece of heaven - not less. Maria and Andros, thank you for having us and taking care of us, it has been a real pleasure! We can't wait to return and already started planning it :) Bravo!

If I could give this house 10 stars I would. The attention to detail in its design are amazing. Its location is spectacularly surrounded by vineyards with a beautiful small church in front and sunsets behind it. The hosts are fantastic and respond immediately.

The villa is surrounded by local vineyards and has a spectacular panoramic view of the city. I also have to mention that the hosts were fantastic and very hospitable, providing us with lots of useful information. Highly Recommend!
