The village has two churches, Panayia Eleousa and Ayios Charalambos. Agyios Charalambos is the patron saint of the village. Three further chapels are set in the village; Ayios Neophytos, Ayios Georgios and Timios Prodromos.

The second museum is the local Rural Museum of Kato Drys; the Rural Museum is housed in a traditional listed building as an Ancient Monument, which was the home of Gabriel and Eleni Papachristoforou. The house is a typical example of the local architecture of the 19th century.
Located within walking distance of the house you will find a Cypriot taverna. A local coffee shop (Kafenion) is also found within the village and is where many of the locals gather to socialise and chat. A local bus service operates within walking distance of the house to the neighbouring villages. A connecting bus from Kofinou will take you to Larnaka.
From the village there are nature trails leading you to Lefkara where you will pass vineyards, viewing points, the Metamorfosi Sotiros Chapel and the Monument of Heroes and Missing Person of Lefkara. The trail is 2.5km and will take in the region of 1 hour. Lefkara is also a village full of history and many museums for you to visit and enjoy.
