Villa 409 in Kissonerga, Paphos

This villa was just what my friend and I needed to relax, enjoy some winter sun and take in the gorgeous surroundings. There are some local shops and restaurants within walking distance and a bus that takes you to the lovely Coral Bay area for just a couple of Euros. We did hire a car later in the week to explore Paphos as driving there is easy and fairly cheap.

This place is amazing. Right on the sea and well laid out for family gatherings. It also feels private and secluded. The view from the master deck is perfect for morning coffee. Sigrid and Yiannis were incredibly responsive if anything was needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful setting. We had a lovely 2 weeks at the villa with our own gardens, pool and right beside the sea. Glorious sunsets every night as we sat outside eating dinner.
Air conditioning worked wonderfully (thank goodness) and all required amenities were there to be used. Only downside was the walk to the bus stop. Not far in UK weather but challenging for us in the Cyprus summer heat. All in all though, a magical holiday was had by everyone and we would love to come again.

Just returned from another very relaxing holiday in Cyprus , despite a few hiccups at the beginning, which were very quickly sorted out by the owner of the villa and Lisa, from the Villa group (Lisa you do an amazing job, thank you for your help). The villa was very spacious and well equipped , with the most amazing sea views from nearly every window , the main bedroom upstairs has a huge balcony , where you can sit and watch the most beautiful sunsets while listening to the sound of the sea,we finished off most of our evenings here with a glass of wine or two! Outside, the villa has uninterrupted views of the sea , and is very quiet and private ,we hardly saw a soul, just the locals fishing shear bliss, we will definitely return to this villa, this is our 4th time we have used The Villa Group and would highly recommend them.

Everything about the service levels provided to the location of the villa and the quality of the villa were superb, can''t say a great deal more, would use you again and recommend you to our friends.

It was really great for our Honeymoon! We had a really great time there and we are sure we will go back again. It is nice and very clean. The pool is also very good. We did not have any problem, and there are a lot of things to do just a few minutes walk away.

The property was in a stunning location with clear view of the sea and sunset every night. The property itself was excellent and very clean with everything you needed. The owner was very friendly and clearly takes a lot of pride in the villa and it's garden. We were completely relaxed from day one of the holiday and would definitely recommend to others and hopefully return ourselves.

Found it very straight forward to book the holiday with you, emails were answered very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely book through you again. The villa was brilliant couldn't have asked for more, nice and quiet with a sea view. We hired a car but could have easily have walked to all the amenities. Met the owner found him very polite. Would be interested in booking again in the future.

Villa location and style was the selling point. Private, peaceful, good facilities.

The setting of this villa has spoilt us for future holidays. We will forever look for "beachfront" rather than a mere "near the sea" from now on. Superb location. Waking up or going to sleep hearing the waves crashing /lapping outside was magical. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
