These 3-bedroom villas, all with en-suite bathrooms and a top-floor outdoor dining terrace with sea views, are located within a short walk of the beach and a few minutes’ drive from Coral Bay with its wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The properties have a modern feel and are both light and airy, comfortably and stylishly furnished. On the ground floor, there is the first double bedroom with an en-suite and sliding patio doors. The living area is open plan with a modern, fully fitted kitchen, dining area seating 6 and a comfortable sofa area with TV. The spacious modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.

All rooms are air-conditioned for both cooling and heating and this is included in the prices.

Very beautiful and spacious villa with pool. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and only a short drive away from Paphos and Coral bay. You have a few spots to chill in the evening, a pool side, 2 balconies or a rooftop terrace with a bbq where you can enjoy sea views and sunset. Each of the three rooms has a private bathroom and an A/C. Kitchen offers everything you need and there were also some welcome food supplies waiting for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean / modern + well proportioned. Pool was great for the kids + BBQ's and watching the sunsets up on the roof terrace amazing. The villas are well located to head in to central Paphos / Kato Paphos or Coral Bay either via a short drive or by public transport. Would definitely recommend + we'd defo return if holidaying back in Paphos.

Amazing stay, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend. There was a bus stop at the end of the road to get into Paphos and a parking spot at the house for a car making is very accessible. Great location and highly recommend Harmony restaurant at the end of the road. Great food and great service.

Amazing, well-equipped villa with absolutely fantastic views of the sea! The location is fantastic too - quiet but just a few minutes walk to nice bars, restaurants and beach. We didn’t want to come home!
