This modern 3 bedroom villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. The resorts beaches, Latchi harbour and restaurants are conveniently located within a 5 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker.

As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious open plan living area which offers spectacular sea views. There is satellite TV, a DVD player and wireless internet for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests and the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.

What's included

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Location

The seaside resort of Latchi with its picturesque harbour and marina features an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. In the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation.

The Akamas peninsular which covers approximately 230 square kilometres is where you will find wild landscape, amazing natural beauty, deep gorges and wide sandy bays. The diversity of wildlife is of outstanding ecological importance for the Mediterranean and the wide variety of fauna is certainly impressive. This area of outstanding natural beauty is criss- crossed with many walking trails so particular suited to walkers, adventurers and those who enjoy painting, bird watching and photography. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.

The stay at this villa was fantastic. The view from the second floor is outstanding. You will find everything you need for the everyday life inside the house. The water in the pool will be extra warm in the evening. This place is perfect for the family stay!

Excellent Villa. A lovely peaceful location. Easy access to latchi Harbour with fabulous restaurants and Bars. Fabulous views of the harbour and sea and bay. The villa was big enough for 6 adults and 1 infant. Cot and high chair were provided too. My family had a wonderful holiday. This is the 2nd time I have used The Villa Group for our holidays in Cyprus. Thank you to Lisa Bundy at The Villa Group! Nothing is too much trouble. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommendation from me. Spent a relaxing week at this villa. Me and my partner wanted somewhere we could keep ourselves to ourselves and unwind, the property has everything you need to do this. The property is clean, modern and spacious, it also very well equipped with the necessary kitchen essentials needed to cook for yourself and there is even a BBQ and utensils to allow alfresco cooking. The satellite TV has a multitude of channels including many of the same as Sky TV for British travellers and the air con in each room keeps the property at a comfortable temperature. We would not hesitate to spend another vacation here in the future.

The view is impressive. The house is well equipped. Also for us as passionate hobby cooks the kitchen equipment was sufficient. Oil and some spices were nice already available. Dishwasher and washing machine work well. Overall, the house was very clean. Also the location Latsi is perfect for hiking trips to the Akamas peninsula (definitely hiking to the Lara Beach and the Blue Lagoon ☺️) and also the Troodos can be reached with a little time by car. All in all, it was the perfect location for our hiking holiday."

Setting, space, quietness of neighbourhood, stunning views. Beautiful villa with glorious views. This was our family's best experience of accommodation in Cyprus. It lived up to and even exceeded its description. Excellent value. Home in great condition.

Great house for family with children. The location was amazing, the view from the front bedroom is stunning to wake up to! We enjoyed delicious food from the seafood restaurant in latchi as well as great value meals in old town Polis. The sun shone and the sky was blue, perfect winter break !
