This level also includes a double bedroom and a separate bathroom.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one twin and one double—each with its own en-suite shower room.
Outside, the spacious, sun-filled garden hosts an 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 1.4m) surrounded by a variety of plants and trees. Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request locally; the charge is €10 per towel.
Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
