Villa 487023 in Peristerona, Paphos

I have booked with The Villa Group several times before and again this year for our holiday each time has been excellent and a positive experience which is why I continue to use them. The Villa Group’s communication throughout the booking process is fantastic keeping me informed and answering any questions or queries I have regarding my booking promptly and efficiently, they are a professional and reliable company I can trust. We had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus and this was very much helped along by The Villa Group who were helpful and efficient at providing all relevant information. Stayed at this Villa recently. Absolutely stunning with views to die for. Owner was extremely helpful. Very clean and well maintained. We have stayed at several Villa's in Cyprus over the years and this was by far the best. It's situated quite high up, which is a bonus when it's so hot, thanks to the slight breeze you get at this height. A car is a must but there are several good restaurants locally and Polis is not far. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Villa was really lovely, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is just perfect for us & a quiet vacation. The highest point of the village (Peristerona) with stunning views to the countryside & sea looking down in the distance to the Paphos/Latchi area. Although we mainly ate at home there are several good restaurants to choose from at the old harbour area of Latchi. We particularly liked Restomare Restaurant, food & service superb.

We have recently returned from an amazing holiday at the villa. We booked through The Villa Group who we have used before. Lisa at The Villa Group is great. Lisa communicated well throughout the booking process and up until we left for our holiday. The villa was amazing, a bottle of wine and some essential groceries were left for us by the owner on our arrival, the owner was already at the property waiting for us to arrive and he very kindly showed us around the villa. The owner lives next door to the villa which we found to be very helpful should we need to call on him. The villa itself in situated up in the hills so the views below were simply stunning, the pool was large and at night lit up in beautiful blue lights. It was so peaceful too. We hired a car which you do need and we went to a few restaurants in nearby Polis, Paphos and Peyia. The villa was just so beautiful and spacious that we had a BBQ a couple of nights too. With three double bedrooms two with a balcony there was plenty of room. The little village of Peristerona is just as beautiful with little shops and restaurant. We had an amazing time and we will certainly be going back as we loved it so much.

We’ve been using The Villa Group now for several years, often twice a year and there’s never been an issue whatsoever. Communication is second to none in terms of making a booking, pricing is extremely competitive and the villa’s exactly as described. We just got back last Wednesday from another absolutely amazing holiday at one of the Villa Groups villas in Cyprus. We stayed at property ref: V487023 in the beautiful region of Peristerona. The villa and views are just stunning really, and the owner cant do enough for you, and is at hand if needed. The Villa Group are a fantastic company we have been using them for years. Everything went smoothly and The Villa Group are always on hand if you have any questions or concerns, you are in safe hands with them. No complaints from us they are outstanding.

Great support from Lisa at The Villa Group who helped to make the booking process really simple and answered the couple of questions we had in a courteous and timely manner. The Villa's description and the photographs posted on the website were accurate and the driving instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We have been taking villa holidays for many years but was our first experience of booking with The Villa Group. We will definitely use them again in the future and be recommending them to family and friends.

A beautiful villa in a quiet location. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner who even brought us wood for the fire, given that we visited in February the nights were cold. The Villa Group's booking and payment process was straightforward with prompt responses from Lisa in respect of any questions or queries, a true professional. Would we recommend the Villa Group? Absolutely, we’ve already booked for later in the year.

The communication with Villa Group was always quick, friendly, with all the needed information. The villa was outstanding - very nice views, very clean, very comfortable. The owner also was very friendly. We definitely would come back to this villa.

Once again another gem of a villa from The Villa Group. The views from this villa are totally breathtaking, looking out from the private pool area down towards Latchi and Polis and out to sea. The pool was kept clean by the friendly owner every day at approximately 8am and if you were outside he would come over and make sure everything was ok. Inside the villa in the sitting area was a large internet tv for keeping up to date with your soaps and football etc. The kitchen had all the utensils that you would expect. The three bedrooms were big, bright and airy and the two bedrooms on the second floor had a huge shared balcony with the same views as from the pool area. Outside the entrance to the villa they have a large bin which was ideal for dumping rubbish bags as normally you have to put them in the back of the car and dump them later on. I know this sounds weird but it is small things like this that makes the difference for my wife and myself. If you are looking for a private villa with its own pool with views to die for then look no further, you will not be disappointed.

He was kind and generous in his welcome in setting us all up in the property, to daily maintenance and providing us with fresh fruit and local tips on eateries. Lisa Bundy who works in the reservations of The Villa Group was able to address all our concerns re local supermarket questions, providing us with map and sat nav directions and was easily contactable either by email or by phone at a time convenient to us. This is my second booking with the Villa group and the details on the website and proved a true reflection of what is provided for both holidays

This is the second time we have used The Villa Group and we will definitely use them again. The service from the villa group is excellent. They provide all the information you will need for your holiday from start to finish. They are always available if you need anything nothing is to much trouble. Excellent customer service really. This is also the second time we have holidayed in the villa in Peristerona. The description The Villa Group provided on line is spot on exactly as they said it was and in the photos. We will definitely book with the Villa Group again they are brilliant it's all positives and NO negatives keep up the good work.

Lovely villa with fantastic views- very comfortable and everything you require is in the Villa. The owner very helpful could not do enough for you, a very nice man. The house is great with everything and beyond you need. They even provided us with breakfast material for the 1st morning, which was very nice and unusual. The view is amazing, a lot of space and light. Would like to be back there now.

This probably is one of the best villas we have stayed in - the outlook is fantastic and the property itself, we could not fault. The whole villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is down a quiet track which is easy to access. Fillipos (owner) is a super man, really could not do enough for you but was not intrusive at all, however we enjoyed his company. The pool was cleaned early in the morning before we awoke. The Villa Group, especially Lisa was brilliant, any questions very quickly answered. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Villa 487023 is beautiful and the setting is incredible, just perfect. The villa is clean and has everything you need. The owner Filippos is lovely and really helpful.

Superb villa that met all of our expectations. Spotlessly clean on arrive and we received a nice welcome pack from the owner. Owner cleaned pool early every morning. One of the sun beds was damaged on arrival which the owner, when aware, quickly replaced. Superb villa and superb booking agent. Many thanks

The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end.
