This 4-bedroom villa, sleeping up to 6 guests in Peyia, is located close to the popular family resort of Coral Bay, offering complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline.
As you enter the villa through the hallway, you will immediately notice the stunning unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding countryside through the unusually large sliding glass doors. The spacious open-plan living area features comfortable sofas, a TV with a MINIX box and a stereo system for your entertainment. A set of patio doors leads onto the swimming pool terrace. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area featuring an elegant glass dining table. There is also a small utility room housing the washing machine. A set of patio doors leads onto a furnished covered patio area adjacent to the swimming pool.
The open-plan kitchen has a contemporary feel and is fully fitted with granite worktops and quality furnishings. Additionally, it is fitted with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Also, it features a breakfast bar with three high stools.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
On this level, you will also find the first of the villa's bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. In this bedroom, there is a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where the remaining bedrooms are located: a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, and double bedroom. A separate family bathroom is located on this floor.
From the living area, you can access the outside area, where you will find the furnished terrace, barbecue and kitchenette, and private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The large 13m x 5m (depth 1.5m) overflow infinity edge swimming pool with Roman steps takes pride of place in the spacious sunbathing terrace, which is set with ample sunbeds and a poolside shower.
The furnished terrace, together with the covered dining area, is an area where alfresco dining and relaxing can be enjoyed.
The villa offers off-street parking and covered parking for 1 car.

A maximum of 6 guests are accepted at the villa.
From October 2026, the air conditioning unit in the living area will have a one-hour timer in place.

Location
The village of Peyia is a large and welcoming village clinging to the rugged hills that act as a backdrop to this photogenic stretch of Paphos coastline. Peyia wakes up at night and as the evening air cools the village centre comes alive with the sounds of animated conversation.
Most amenities are located in the centre of the village being within 2km of the villa. The village offers traditional tavernas, restaurants with international theme nights, wine bars, coffee shops, well stocked supermarket, fruit market, kiosks and a bakery, Peyia really does have something for everyone.
The popular family resort of Coral Bay is located within a 5 minute drive from the villa. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer with plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach located within a less than 10 minute drive from the villa. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay is honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town, approximately 12 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island and is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo.
There are 4 golf courses; Minthis Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 45 minute drive.
