Very extensive facilities; everything your heart desires is on site – even the first small shopping trip is taken care of. A cooler for use with cooling packs is available. Super caring landlords, easy communication and recommendations for sightseeing and shopping! Decorated and managed with so much love that it makes you feel at home during your stay. There are insect screens on all the windows and doors, ceiling fans in every room, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area (if you like the summer, you can do very well without air conditioning; the ceiling fans are sufficient)

A beautiful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything is clean and tastefully decorated. We've never had such a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is there. We found the water dispenser to be a big plus. The town center is easily accessible on foot, and Cape Aspro is also easily reachable without having to use a car. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our 4 week stay, very comfortable and a great location for exploring Cyprus. The bed was comfortable as was the couch and the kitchen had everything you need. This was a good place to stay.

Plenty of nice areas to sit & enjoy, whether the view or otherwise. Great dining area. The master bedroom was roomy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay & can recommend it to others without hesitation.

The apartment was great, pool was just a few meters away from the front door. Amenities in the apartment were all taken care of - hairdryers, water dispenser, cool box and ice packs! Loved our stay and plan on booking again next year!

Excellent property, kitchen very well equipped. BBQ outdoors, sun beds on balcony & outdoor seating. Fantastic stay. Met the ladies husband that looks after the property the next morning after we arrived, said if we had any problems to just WhatsApp as they live local. No problems whatsoever but was nice to have that reassurance if we needed anything. Loved our stay thank you

This company are so professional and the apartment was so perfect. It’s clean and cosy with everything you need. The balcony gets the sun for most of the day and has everything you need for dining and relaxing. Pissouri Bay is peaceful and relaxing during the low season. We would 100% return.

The apartment is lovely, clean and nestled in a hillside community of mainly UK ex-pats. So communicating with anyone is easy. It is easy to get around, though it is hilly, everywhere!! We didn't leave the area as it was as peaceful as we needed it to be.....a great place to decompress in. It is about an hour's walk to the beach, again hilly, but there is a communal pool available. And driving to the beach is only 10 mins away. Mandy, the property manager, is lovely and helpful and has been a part of the community for a long time. Totally recommend the space for a getaway from everything Thank you for letting us stay

The apartment is cute and extremely well equipped (pretty much has everything you need). The view from the terrace is lovely and is a great spot to watch the sunrise. The WiFi was strong which was key for me as i was working remotely.

Communication from the day of booking to leaving the apartment was superb. Also the apartment was as advertised & spotlessly clean, nice touch with welcome grocery pack & discount on entry into waterpark, will certainly be using this company again for our holidays to Cyprus

We have had a perfect stay for our first week’s holiday at the apartment. It’s just beautiful & everything was perfect. We chose the apartment for location as we have been visiting family for a week. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser schönen, großen Wohnung. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Es gibt eine sehr umfangreiche Mappe mit Informationsmaterial. Die Verwalterin Mandy ist sehr gut erreichbar und hilf bei allen Problemen. Ganz phantastisch ist der Blick von der sehr großen Terrasse. !!!!!! das Gebäude liegt in einer gepflegten Wohngegend, man fühlt sich wie unter Einheimischen. Die Wohnung liegt fast am Ende der Straße auf der linken Seite und hat die Bezeichnung C 1. als wir dort waren, hatten wir Temperaturen bis zu 37°.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, large apartment. It is fully equipped, nothing is missing. There is a very extensive folder with information material. The manager Mandy is very easy to reach and helps with any problems. The view from the very large terrace is fantastic. !!!!!! the building is in a well-kept residential area, you feel like you are among the locals. The apartment is almost at the end of the street on the left and is designated C 1. When we were there, we had temperatures of up to 37°.

Thea Vista Apartment was a perfect apartment with amazing views. Very homely, and tastefully decorated with everything you could need to relax and unwind.

The four of us felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The view sitting on the terrace was priceless. Pleasant is that in the afternoon there was no direct sunlight on the terrace, so we could sit outside well. On cooler days, the conservatory was great for sitting. The location of the apartment is great - at the very top in the village of Pissouri. So overall it was very quiet. We liked everything very much and would come back anytime.

Amazing !
The apartment was amazing, the view, the facilities, the calmness of the surroundings. We arrived late (22h) and were delighted to discover in the fridge what breakfast was (bread, eggs, juice, milk). The accommodation is beautiful and perfectly equipped. It was a pleasure to eat on the sunny terrace every morning.

Amazing views from this apartment, with a real holiday feel to the apartment. A short walk only into Pissouri Village which is really pretty with some great small tavernas. A car is needed to go to the beach, as it’s approximately 5 km downhill. Overall, lovely and relaxing.

An amazing view from the apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine too! Walking distance (20 minutes) to the local restaurants in the village, which are great. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend staying here for a holiday in Cyprus!

The apartment was in a lovely, well-kept, tree-lined residential road, just a short walk from the village and a 10-minute drive to the bay. Every last detail had been thought of, so it wasn't lacking in any home comforts. A huge plus the fabulous large terrace with a stunning uninterrupted sea view. The customer service from Lisa pre-holiday and from Mandy whilst there was superb - thank you!

Just "wow". Everything about this apartment is fantastic. From the warm welcome by Mandy, the property manager to the views, walks, beaches, pool and local restaurants. We have toured this beautiful little island but will be back as we haven't seen enough. Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise.

This modern apartment has everything you need to make it both a great, relaxing stay and a base to explore the island. Well equipped for any time of the year, spacious enough for 4 people and fantastic sea views from the veranda. Quiet residential cul-de-sac location on an elevated position. You get unobstructed sunlight from dawn through to mid afternoon. The communal swimming pool, just 10 metres away is a nice bonus. The host, The Villa Group, provided clear and concise information about the apartment and was very helpful, as was their associate Mandy who resides close by. It's a 15 minute downhill walk into Pissouri village with its minimart, cafes and restaurants. However, having access to a vehicle will be a big advantage, in order to get to the supermarket on the outskirts of the village, the gym about 3km along the B6 main road or driving down to Pissouri Bay with its restaurants, pebble beach and shallow waters. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment, squeaky clean, spacious and more than adequate for our needs. The apartment is bigger than we expected from the photos with an enormous south-facing patio and sun room which have panoramic views across the valley to the sea. If you are that way inclined, you can get up early and watch the sunrise from the sea horizon. The local area is dotted with these small 'developments' of which this one seems to be the best ordered and completed. The village of Pissouri features half a dozen restaurants, a supermarket on the main road and a minimarket up in the village itself. The area is very hilly so a car is an absolute must unless you are a super fit with mountain bikes. The local beach is a minimum of 5km from the apartment and is not walk-able due to the terrain. If you intend to spend time on the beach and swim, then you will need beach/swimming shoes as it is mainly mid size pebbles. A great place to use as a base to visit everywhere else.

Best kept secret. We enjoyed the beautiful views, sea, food. Visited friends and the sun. If we ever get tired of 'wet' Netherlands we know where the sun is.
