This 3 bedroom villa decorated and furnished with modern furnishings, is ideally located, being within 200m of Pissouri Bay beach.
As you enter the villa you will find the open plan living area. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite system, DVD and CD player.
The modern fully equipped kitchen features oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen you will find a separate utility room with washing machine, coffee machine and sink. The dining area features a dining table comfortably seating 6.
A cloakroom is located on this floor.
Patio doors from the dining and living area lead out to the furnished terrace, garden and private swimming pool.
Moving up to the first floor you will find the villa’s 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with en suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a private balcony offering sea views.
The villa is equipped with air-conditioning units (heating or cooling) throughout, the cost of which is included in the rental rate.
A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
Outside, the furnished patio area together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. The 9m x 4m kidney-shaped private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas allowing you to relax and enjoy the Cypriot sun.

Location
Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is found approximately half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. Pissouri is one of those rare places in Cyprus which has managed to retain its traditional Cypriot character while adapting very successfully to welcoming visitors, and could be considered by those looking for a beach holiday, sightseeing break or golf enthusiasts alike.
Pissouri extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. Split between two distinct communities each possesses a unique character and charm.
The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometers, from the protection of the Cape Aspro Cliffs in the west to the rockier Mavrorotsos area in the east. A grocery store and local bank are within easy walking distance of the villa whilst a handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found only 200 metres away along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
Approximately 4 kilometres inland is the hillside village of Pissouri, and at the heart of the village the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.
A bus service operates from Pissouri Bay to the village.
Two golf courses are within 10 minutes drive of Pissouri. Aphrodite Hills boasts the magnificent 18 hole championship golf course designed by acclaimed course architect, Cabell B Robinson whilst the Secret Valley Golf Course, offers an 18 hole championship course in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations. The resort of Aphrodite Hills also offers the perfect escape for non golfers too at their award winning Retreat Spa (honoured with the top accolade of ‘European Spa of the Year 2008’ at the Professional Beauty Awards). Here you can indulge in the ultimate pamper experience in a sanctuary of calm and tranquility, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. Elia Golf Course which was designed by Nick Faldo is located within a 15 minute drive of the villa.
The sights of Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodites Rock), Kourium ampitheatre, Kolossi Castle and the World Heritage sites of Paphos are all within a 30 minute drive.
