The villa is situated in a quiet location amongst nature and it is very relaxing. A short walk (approx. 800m) is the centre of the village which has a bank, butcher, kiosk, coffee shop, museum and a small supermarket. Two local tavernas are within a 15 minute walk of the villa. In the other direction, you have the small, pretty fishing harbour of Pomos with great fish tavernas. There are also several quiet and unspoiled, beaches.
On entering the villa, you are welcomed by a light and airy modern living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV with DVD player/surround sound system. The dining area has a large modern table with 8 leather chairs. There are full-length glass doors which lead out onto a long terrace which has panoramic sea views. The kitchen is modern and has a halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toasted sandwich maker and a Frappe coffee machine. There is also a small breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Location
Pomos is a small, quiet village with a long stretch of unspoilt coastline, situated away from the more mainstream tourist destinations between the village of Nea Dimmata and the tiny seaside resort of Pachyammos and being 21km from the main town of Polis.
The sleepy and unspoilt village of Pomos has a kiosk, a supermarket, coffee shop, taverna, bank and a butcher.
Places worth visiting include the local History Museum, Paradise Beach, Tpoulorotsos Beach and the small harbour with colourful fishing boats, a view you can admire whilst dining at the fish taverna perched above.
Heading along the coastal road in the direction, towards Polis, you will pass through Agia Marina village. Agia Marina is a small, quiet village with a long stretch of unspoilt coastline. The village has a small grocery store, a coffee shop, a bakery and a small souvlaki house (summer opening only).
Argaka is located on the coastal plains of the Chrysochous area away from the more mainstream destinations. Nourished by its own reservoir this agricultural area is well known for its abundance of citrus orchards. The settlement of Argaka itself is divided into two parts, Pano Argaka (upper) located between the sea and the pine forest is the older of the two communities. Here, traditional style architecture can be found amongst the narrow, winding roads and the traditional spirit of Cyprus is still very much in evidence at the local kafenion (coffee shop) which provides a focal point for the village's residents to gather, exchange news and pass the time of day. Kato Argaka (lower) is the newer settlement standing next to the sea, although this area features more contemporary style residences and a handful of tavernas dotted along the coastal road, the atmosphere is still very laidback.
Polis is the principal town for the northwest region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The town has an archaeological museum and cultural centre. Polis which is approximately 14 kilometres away offers the nearest organized beach to the villas backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well-known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particularly suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many crisscrossed nature trails. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.
Moving away from the coastal areas to venture a little further inland, you can explore some of the villages off the beaten track where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, Churches and wineries with free wine tasting!
Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 50-minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within an hour’s drive.
