This lovely 4 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within a 10 minute walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay. It is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday while being close to everything the area has to offer.

As you enter the villa, you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space features comfortable sofas, the dining area seats up to eight guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. Patio doors open out to the outdoor area, and a convenient cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor; a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The double bedrooms share a spacious balcony and the twin bedrooms each have their own small private balcony. A family bathroom is also located on the first floor.

What's included

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 300 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Location

Protaras is a modern resort boasting some of the islands finest beaches. With a shoreline of brilliant blue sea, small sheltered sandy bays and rugged cliffs, both sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts are catered for.

At the centre of Protaras, it is here right at the heart of the strip where you will find the most well known beach in the area, Fig Tree Bay. With its clear and shallow turquoise sea and fine golden sand, this beach understandably appeals to both visitors and locals alike. Moving away from the main resorts you will discover the delights of picturesque Konnos Bay, the rocky coastline of Cape Greco or quieter more remote swimming spots in the outlying suburbs of Sirena Bay, Ayia Triada and Kapparis. By day Protaras is a sleepy beach resort, coming alive after dark and offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.

  • A large, really spacious villa. Excellent location, to the nearest small beach - 2 minutes, to Fig Tree Bay 10 min. It is located far from the party, in a quiet area, while walking is convenient to walk to the center, near the supermarket Liddle. The villa has American billiards and table football. Free cots and 2 highchairs were available on request on request. A few days before the arrival of the manager called to clarify all the details and whether we need something else. The pool came to clean about a day or two later. Cleaning was once in the middle of the rest, quality, with the change of all linen, towels, brought new jars with gels / shampoos. In general, we go to Cyprus every year and every time we rent different villas, this one of the best options for both location and internal layout / convenience.

  • The villa is a good choice for a larger group of people, like four couples or two families with children. It has all the necessities - enough space, bathrooms, and appliances. The kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to make dinner themselves. The pool area is large and open and good for small kids. The villa is located in a quiet area, a couple of minutes' walk from the sea (for a quick swim), and about 5-10 minutes' walk from Protaras center and Fig Tree Bay. All in all the villa is highly recommended.
