This modern 2 bedroom villa is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 10 minute walk to Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.

As you walk into the villa, you will find the modern open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable seating area and IPTV. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on this floor.

The 2 bedrooms for the villa are located on the first floor; both double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony.

What's included

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 300 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 300 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity, and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Location

Located just 5 minutes walk from the tourist amenities and beaches, this area of Pernera is an ideal base for exploring the resort. A great variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach.

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past decade due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages.

A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.

Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.

The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer.

Protaras, located within a less than 15 minute drive of the villa, is a modern resort boasting some of the islands finest beaches. With a shoreline of brilliant blue sea, small sheltered sandy bays and rugged cliffs, both sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts are catered for. At the centre of Protaras, it is here right at the heart of the strip where you will find the most well known beach in the area, Fig Tree Bay. With its clear and shallow turquoise sea and fine golden sand, this beach understandably appeals to both visitors and locals alike. Moving away from the main resorts you will discover the delights of picturesque Konnos Bay, the rocky coastline of Cape Greco or quieter more remote swimming spots in the outlying suburbs of Sirena Bay, Ayia Triada and Kapparis. By day Protaras is a sleepy beach resort, coming alive after dark and offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.

It was such a pleasure to stay at villa, host was extremely helpful :) The location is great and quiet,we had few steps to the sea, local store and bus stop. Nice swimming pool at the rear and very comfortable beds. Kitchen is very well equipped and tv has large selection of channels. Will definitely visit again :)
