This 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and sandy beaches of Protaras.

Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and patio doors leading out to the pool area. Satellite TV is available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom with a sofa bed and a separate w/c are also located on this floor.

What's included

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 350 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 350 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity, and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • This Villa was everything that we could have asked for. Great layout inside and out. Plenty of space for all of the family. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, didn’t ask for anything. Air conditioning throughout was so good and much needed! Beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms are all of an great size. Very clean throughout. Excellent bathroom facilities and even a toilet on ground floor. Pool area was great. Pool was a great size and depth, with plenty of sun beds.lovely fruit trees in garden.
