Villa 381465 in Sea Caves, Paphos

Fabulous location near the sea where we watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The property itself is very spacious, with a downstairs bedroom and en-suite which was great for my mum, who is not quite as mobile now. All bedrooms with en-suites were great and all had balconies too. Plenty of outside loungers and eating areas! Loved Sea Caves. Being surrounded by the banana plants felt like we were somewhere more tropical! As a family, we had pre-dinner drinks on the balcony watching the sunset — beautiful!
Nature Cafe restaurant was excellent, as was Sentiero by the Sea — cocktails with a fabulous view! We also hired our own boat for the day as it was my mum’s 80th birthday — this was also fantastic and the food was amazing! Enjoyed our sail up the coast and swimming with the fish in Coral Bay.

The villa is a lovely spacious villa surrounded by a banana plantation. The views were spectacular of both the sea and the land. It has an excellent swimming pool, well maintained. The villa is within a 3 minute walk of three excellent cafe/restaurants.

A beautiful large well equipped villa with a good size pool, and extremely close to a lovely bar with a fantastic sunset.

All was pretty much as expected. The location was good for us. It was an easy drive to whatever was needed, and nicely secluded for privacy.

We had a great holiday. The Villa was perfect, clean and everything was provided. The location in the banana grove was gorgeous and having the restaurants the short walk away was brilliant for meals, cocktails and sunsets. As an extended family group we were all very sad to leave and agreed we would book the Villa again if we were to do the same holiday again.

The booking process was very straightforward with a prompt reply. A nice property and close to restaurants yet nice and secluded. Owners were friendly and very helpful.

The villa is of a very high standard. It is very private and not overlooked at all. The villa is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool area is perfect with plenty of sun beds and shade if needed. The outside and inside games provided are a great extra. The only negative for us was that the the air conditioning for the living area/kitchen was not included in the price. There is a Tavern about a 2 minute walk away, Sea Caves Tavern, which we went to quite a few times. They do an excellent BBQ Sunday lunch for 10 Eur per person (it does get busy but you can reserve a table). The sunsets from the Tavern are amazing. We also had lunch at the Tavern a couple of times and the food is very good too. We hired a car which we would recommend but the taxi companies are very efficient. The booking process and communication with The Villa Group was excellent too. Overall we had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Fabulous holiday. The villa, outdoor area and pool was all as described as where all the photos. In fact everything was just perfect for our family holiday. The initial problem with the fridge was quickly resolved the next day by the owner with a brand new replacement being delivered before 12 noon - excellent service from the owner. A truly memorable holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Villa Group and the villa ref. 381465 to all friends and family. Hope to return to villa again.
