Exclusively offered by The Villa Group, this stunning newly built four-bedroom villa, completed in August 2024, is situated in the prestigious Sea Caves area, just a short drive from the popular family resort of Coral Bay and the charming village of Peyia.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by floor-to-ceiling patio doors, providing uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding landscape. The villa features a modern, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.

The first two bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double, with access to the family bathroom opposite. Both bedrooms open out onto the furnished terrace and pool area.

What's included

Rates include: Air conditioning, underfloor heating during the winter months (November – February), weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €800 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Please note: Strictly no animals permitted at the villa.

  • This villa is a great place to relax in a quiet and peaceful area, it has many amenities, nothing is missing in it. It has a beautiful view from the terrace, the pool on hot days is the perfect way to cool down and relax. There were 7 of us, everyone had their own space and could feel at home. I rate the villas very positively and I know that I will come back here again.

  • We were absolutely delighted with this villa. Everything is very new, very clean, an incredible large pool, a very large amount of dishes: many glasses, beautiful plates. Everything is thought out here for your comfortable stay. There is also everything you need for a grill, the grill is clear and easy to use. We were on holiday in a company of 6 people, and everyone had the opportunity to retire to this villa, as it is very large. An incredible view opens from the terrace. Very quiet and calm. The owner gave all the necessary instructions for living in the villa in advance. The transfer of keys was contactless, clear and convenient. Highly recommended!

  • The Villa was beautiful with great amenities and plenty of space. We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, The Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. Stunning views that took our breath away. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!
