Breathtaking views and there was plenty of space for us 14. Avtar, the property manager was very helpful wherever we needed him, he is very kind. I will definitely book it again without any hesitation.

We were a large party of 14 staying at a beautiful 7-bedroom villa in a quiet spot in Cyprus, with direct access to the sea, as part of our holiday for a family wedding. The villa was as described, in fact bigger and better than it looked in the photos. The Villa Group was very responsive & we even managed to book a fabulous BBQ at short notice for 18 people.

Great responses, The Villa Group always got back to me on time. Didn't delay in replies. The villa was gorgeous and true to the pictures.

I'd like to say a big thank you to all of you. The place was wonderful. We had an amazing time and really looking forward to booking your villa again, maybe next year.

Our experience at the villa was nothing short of amazing! The property was very well maintained and looked exactly like how it appeared in the photos. Also, the location was spectacular. We had all the amenities needed to enjoy our time there: a well stocked kitchen, enough bed & bath linens, great audio systems to play music, good BBQ equipment and of course an amazing pool. Extra shout-out to the caretakers of the property. They were extremely helpful, very accommodating and always one call away for any help. In short: A Five Star Experience!!

This villa is amazing for a family vacation. The villa was well equipped above our expectations! There are toys for babies, sup and kayaks for surfing on the private beach that we enjoyed so much, and extra attention for details.

We spent our holiday family vacation, 9 adults and 4 children and it was perfect! Starting from the warm welcome, the grand tour, the greeting food and drinks, all the way to great recommendations in the area. The house is spacious and in a wonderful location and just 30 minutes from the Airport! with your own private beach and pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, large garden for the kids to play and beautiful views out of your bedroom window! Highly recommended!

We organised our wedding at this amazing villa and I cannot describe how lucky we were choosing this magnificent place - beautiful, perfectly located, very private and warm. Would love to be a guest again at this beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious and having up to 40 people on the property was not crowded. It can handle a lot more. Great Bedroom options for everyone. The territory is well taken care of and is just beautiful. Hosts went above a beyond and provided support to us on many questions and made some very nice gifts to us upon arrival. Our wedding guests were all in awe of the venue. And we wished we could stay longer so we decided to definitely come back on one of the anniversaries.

"This house was everything we were looking for. A gorgeous hacienda-like villa, just a few minutes from Larnaca International Airport, on the ocean with a private beach.
I woke in the morning with a swim in the Mediterranean, followed by a dip in the pool, and fresh fruit from the local market just 10 minutes away.
With multiple rooms, bathrooms, and spacious living areas (both inside and out), the week I was there was truly one of the most relaxing, carefree I've spent. This house was a perfect base to explore Cyprian ruins, lounges and clubbing in Larnaca, visiting newly emerged cafe's on the boarder of Cyprus and the Turkish Administered territories.

Villa with the 'wow' factor - Superb accommodation. With plenty of space, we never felt on top of each other. We mostly self-catered, which was made effortless by the well equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue area. Would love to return! The service provided by The Villa Group was exceptional,they provided us with all the practical information we needed while in Cyprus and accurate driving directions to find the villa.

We loved this charming villa for our recent stay in Cyprus. There is a gorgeous, large swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds, outdoor barbecue and a wonderful cabana with a comfortable dining table, to eat breakfast or dinner from with amazing sea views and sunsets. We felt so relaxed here, slept super well and came home so revitalised. The villa is right on the beach. We highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful retreat with everything you need - The villa is incredible, there was so much space. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you would need including a barbecue for outdoor cooking while the sun sets over the Mediterranean Sea - bliss! The pool is a good size and is kept very clean with comfy sun loungers all around. We can highly recommend this villa and the location.

A great holiday for all the family - We visited the villa for our summer holiday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was at great temperature due to the hot weather. The bedrooms were all well-equipped and clean. Just as advertised, brilliant facilities, with enough entertainment to keep both adults and children entertained. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and believe it has enough to cater for everyone.

Featuring Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a fully covered patio for grilling Cypriot specialties and the large, stunning pool looking over the Mediterranean compliment a fully equipped luxurious holiday home that I will return to again and again with my family. The owners have everything in tip-top condition that make the stay at this spacious home relaxing and inviting. The house itself is secluded from the road with ample parking, and the private beach is where I like to spend the mornings and dusk. The flow from kitchen to pool to patio with the outside bar makes entertaining easy and fun. As I am writing this review, I am planning my next trip to my new home away from home.

The booking process was stress free and all details very clear. We loved the villa which was extremely spacious and very well equipped. The rooms were clean and tidy and we enjoyed a lot having so much space for each of us, in the villa and as well outside on the grounds with the gorgeous pool and sea views. The panoramic sea views from the romeo and juliet balcony were stunning.

I spent a few days at this villa in Agios Theodoros Larnaca in June 2016 and I had an amazing time. The villa is updated with new appliances and very spacious. The layout is just perfect with the pool overlooking the sea, steps from the beach so you have a choice of fresh or salt water.
The temperature was perfect. The wind was calm in the morning, then it picks up during the day, then the breeze comes off gently during the night. There was no humidity compare to the rest of the island. The nights were glorious with the sky full with beautiful stars.
Its conveniently located about 30-40 minutes from Nicosia (the capital), 15 minutes from Larnaca and Limassol so you can easily drive to the other main cities. At the same time it is located in an area which is not too crowed so you can have a relaxing time with your family and friends.
If you are looking for a place to unwind and spend some quality fun time with your loved ones, I highly recommend it!!

A truly lovely holiday, the villa is stunning, immaculate throughout. A lovely area and 10 minutes walking to the beach. We had 2 young babies with us and nothing was too much trouble. The service from The Villa Group was great, booking was very easy and all communications throughout were faultless. We took advantage of the pre-stocking service The Villa Group offered which was great and so nice upon arrival to not have to worry about going out to the supermarket!

Lovely peaceful villa - A great stay, the villa is well designed and in beautiful condition. I stayed at the villa three summers in a row for a couple of weeks at a time. It is a magical place and unbelievably breathtaking. The second you arrive at the villa you are welcomed with peace and serenity. The pool is amazing to relax by and then you have the ocean for fun swimming and water sports. There is delicious fish restaurants near by. Or it is a 20 minute ride to Larnaca and Lemesos. The house was always very well taking care of, extremely clean and perfect for our arrival each time. I am looking forward to our next visit in June.

Our family of 10 flew in from all over the UK to spend quality time together in this fabulous Mansion. The villa located right on the beach of a traditional village offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The quiet, private location was perfect. We instantly felt "at home" as soon as we arrived. We could not fault any aspect of the property. If fact, we did not want to leave.
